Clinical Psychologist | Regional Psychologist – Rawalpindi
I am a passionate and dedicated Clinical Psychologist committed to promoting mental health awareness and providing compassionate psychological support within the community. With strong skills in communication, counselling, and active listening, I aim to create a safe and supportive space where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I hold an MS in Clinical Psychology from International Islamic University Islamabad, where I graduated with distinction (CGPA 3.89). My clinical training includes experience at reputable institutions such as Armed Forces Institute of Mental Health, Capital Hospital Islamabad, Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi, and Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV News), where I worked across both clinical and organizational settings.
Currently, I am serving as a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in Rawalpindi, alongside my role as a Visiting Lecturer at International Islamic University Islamabad. At Mind Matters Pakistan, I contribute to mental health awareness initiatives, community outreach programs, and the delivery of accessible psychological services.
My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, with a focus on active listening, behavioral change, and emotional well-being. I have further strengthened my skills through certified courses in Creating Behavioral Change and Health Coaching Conversations, as well as workshops focused on creative therapeutic techniques and youth mental health.
Fluent in Urdu and English, I strive to make mental health services inclusive, culturally sensitive, and accessible to diverse populations. I am dedicated to helping individuals build resilience, improve their well-being, and lead healthier, more balanced lives.
